Went there for Sunday lunch. India looked after us and helped me choose from the menu. She was spot on. She had a dazzling smile and was so friendly. The lamb shoulder and pistachio tiramisu were to die for. Thank you, India, for enhancing our dining experience. Ten out of ten!!!!!

Absolutely appalling service – would never return.

While the food itself was decent (albeit overpriced), the overall experience was completely ruined by the unbelievably rude and unpleasant staff. Not a single friendly or professional interaction the entire visit. The service felt like a chore to them, and customers were clearly not a priority.

The vibe from every staff member was cold, disinterested, and borderline hostile. A hospitality venue with staff like this has no business operating.

We will never be back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience.

Worst dining experience in a long time!

I came in for a lunch hoping to suss out the venue to host 30 people for my birthday lunch.

Blatantly ignored by multiple staff (who made eye contact) while waiting at the empty the bar. When we were finally acknowledged we ordered the burger and beer lunch special which the staff had no idea about - asking us where we had seen the special (despite the big sign on the bar). Then told the haloumi BURGER is not included and most beers on tap had run out.

Food itself was far from average so much so we left most of it on the plate. Walked away feeling underwhelmed and disappointed. Definitely will be looking elsewhere for my birthday!

A vibrant pub with great music and a nice blend of multi-generational clients. The pub is a bit noisy; for a more quiet set up, head to the restaurant. Fries are really good.

Parking was shocking parked 3 blocks away in a dark street. Dud not feel safe as older women. Car park needs maintenance and lighting.
Service was ok. The place needs cleaning and is very noisy. I Left with very little voice. Portions are small in relation to the cost and not consistent at the table. I would not bother going back on my next visit to SA.

Cremorne Hotel has a great atmosphere and top-notch service! I really enjoyed their chicken schnitzel, dumplings, and calamari—all cooked perfectly and full of flavor. It’s a great spot for events too, always a good vibe and well-organized. Definitely a solid choice for a meal or a night out!

It’s wonderful to have an excellent meal in a local hotel. The food and service were faultless - we loved the spicy sauces with our fish and duck dishes - everything was tasty and fresh.
