stayed here over night based on the reviews and they were spot on.|asked for a room away from the road which we were given. we did not hear a thing all night not that it is a busy road no traffic after normal day time traffic which there is not much of anyway, but didn’t even hear other guests arriving or leaving, which we put down to the bed. oh my goodness, what a bed ! seriously it was like sleeping on a cloud. Bed linen is also high quality. room is a good size and very clean.Dishes and cutlery are provide and a microwave. will definitely return on our next trip through gladstone.|just a very minor comment. would be nice if the shower head had a hand held shower head, something many females like to use.

I stay at a lot of different Motels for work, and this really is my favourite. Minimal traffic noise, large comfortable rooms, super comfy beds and pillows, great shower pressure, and lots of bench space in the room. Management are so helpful, kind and fantastic, and their little off-sider, Nacho 😉

This is a great Motel to stay in when in Gladstone. Absolutely spotless rooms and a good size!
So close to everything with a simple easy walk to numerous restaurants and the main shopping area.
Nick the owner, along with the housekeeping staff, are just so helpful!
Highly recommended!!!

We have stayed here a couple of times. Everything was perfect, air cond cold, comfortable bed, modern upgraded room, spotless, owner very friendly and offers info about local attractions and where is good to eat. Central to everything, great off-street parking, quiet room.

Andy and Geoff were super friendly! These kind gentlemen really made our stay one to remember. Their dog Nacho was also most welcoming! I emailed the hotel ahead of time to explain that we would be checking in late. Andy responded right away and was nice enough to leave our key in a lockbox located outside the office. Yay! He also provided the local Aussie phone number for calling a taxi. Fantastic room with strong A/C unit. Loved the soft and comfortable queen size bed. Big refrigerator, microwave and there was even a toaster. WOW! Shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers were in the shower. The amazing housekeeping team gave us daily complimentary water, coffee and milk. Customer service was off the charts. Thanks again CQ team!

We've stayed here several times now and would highly recommend. Always helpful service, clean rooms, central position and super comfy beds. During our last stay Nick went above and beyond to extend our stay several times while our father was in palliative care. We'd like to thank Nick again for his caring and understanding help during our sad time. Tim and Lorelle

The CQ motel is a great place to stay on the way to visiting Heron Island. It was an easy walk to good restaurants, and to the ferry to the Island. It was very welcoming and a cosy place to stay. The staff were very friendly staff and greeted us on arrival.

The room was perfect. So clean. The queen bed was perfect for my two teen girls and the king single was amazing for me. I loved that the room had everything in it. The manager was polite and welcoming. We stayed for the Nationals Robotic tournament. Will definitely come back! We were upset we missed the hotel puppy though. Tha ks for a great stay! I am so happy I had a nice sleep on a firm matress for my back!! Everyone should check this place out before any other place. We'll worth it!!!!!!!
