The location is great - the Main Street on one side and Woolies BWS on the other.|The rooms are standard country motel rooms but the owners have made a real effort to make them comfortable. There is a kitchenette where you can make a simple breakfast, crockery and cutlery and coffee/tea facilities (Maccona coffee and English Breakfast teabags). The rooms are very clean and the bed is very comfortable with good quality linen. The water pressure is fabulous and the bathroom amenities good quality. The heater/air conditioner works well and is not too noisy.||What more could you ask for! One suggestion, book direct and support a small business!

Very welcoming check in. Rooms have everything you need. They are spacious, clean and very quiet. Central location to shops, and eateries. Would definitely recommend when visiting Cowra. Nice continental breakfast in your room if required.

It was the little added touches that counted the most in our recent stay, like being able to fill up the kettle at an actual kitchen sink. Sit at a table & chairs or on the lounge to enjoy the cuppa. The seating area outside the unit door plus the well appointed BBQ area where great.
We have rebooked and very much looking forward to our next visit. Thank you Jan & friendly staff.

Nice motel for the price. Free wifi and Jan (owner) was very nice and helpful. Clean room with amenities. Good dinner and breakfast options/recommendations provided by the motel and rooms include information about Cowra for tourists/non-locals.
Would recommend to anyone wanting a nice place, in the middle of town, on a budget.

One of the best motels we have stayed in across Australia.
Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The motel is centrally located and within walking distance to eateries, shopping and clubs.

Great experience staying here.
Jan at reception was lovely on check in, the room was neat and tidy , super quiet.
Had a great night sleep and will definitely be back on next trip to Cowra.

My wife and I stayed there for 2 nights and everything was perfect. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, very quiet and yet centrally located (Woolworths supermarket just out the back entrance and Kendall St Coffee out the front). Great TV and the kitchenette was very useful - jug, toaster, microwave, fridge and spotless plates, mugs and utensils. Jan the owner/manager gave us great advice on places for country drives and heritage buildings, old wares and cafes.
