Great spacious room. Walking distance from mangroves and town center. 2 TV's was nice, but only the main one is only SD (no HD channels). Extra large shower was a pleasant surprise while the room was nice and clean. All essentials in good condition to make a nice relaxing stay.

A great little basic cabin with a well-equipped kitchen and full-size fridge. Quite new so everything was in good condition. Provided everything we needed and was surprisingly warm and well insulated. Walking distance to the main street. Management was very easy to deal with and made sure everything went smoothly

Only stayed one night due to a function. Booked a deluxe cabin (these are newer) and have a queen size bed. Compact accommodation located within walking distance to all Cowell has to offer. Comfortable bed but only 2 pillows, would like to see 4. No handtowel in bathroom, or face washers. I couldn't find any tourist information in the cabin itself, it may have been available in the office at check in but hubby sorted this out. Light above bathroom mirror didn't work, and the toilet seat was loose. Apart from that very clean and well maintained - there is a bbq area and 8 ball table across the road for guests to use.

We only had a one night stop over. The cabin was very neat, clean and comfortable. Would happily stay again. The proprietor was very helpful and we really couldn't fault our stay there. Bonus (as I was sick) was there was a TV in the bedroom as well!

Booked here because of disabled access and we were crossing on the SEASA Ferry each way for a night on two occasions. Stayed in cabin 7 both times. The external ramp is very steep if you require a walking aid or manual wheelchair and has a strange lip at the top. A grab rail would be an asset.||||This was a large cabin with a small bathroom and as specified by the lady when I booked it was not specifically designed for disabled people but did have wheelchair access. On the first visit, the beds were made as requested. On our return, there was no linen. When we questioned the owner, he said that linen was not usually supplied to that cabin and he didn't have anyone to make beds. After pointing out this was a requirement of our booking, a lady came to make the beds for us.||||There was another cabin with a small concrete ramp, I think it was cabin 10, which may have had better access but the owner said he was currently using it.||||It is ok for an overnight stop but there is not much to do in Cowell. The drive to Port Gibbon is nice.

As a business traveller I was looking for something conveniently located in the Cowell area that also had reasonable rooms and rates. This was my first stay at this accommodation and found it to be convenient, affordable with neat clean cabins with the amenities of an apartment and old fashioned hospitality. Highly recommended

The title of the park suggests it might be on the harbor or in sight of it, not so. My first disappointment. Secondly the cabin had a balcony and steps to access it , but no handrails making it difficult for me to access the cabin. The cabin was not clean, had not been checked as clothing from previous occupant was still in the cupboard. The bedding in my room smelled of linament, which was unpleasant.
