First of all, the staff are nice and very helpful. However if they want to stay in business they really need to renovate the rooms. Not sure how often they dust the rooms, there was cob webs everywhere and dust all over the place. the carpet is stained and the table tops had a burn mark... I don't want to know why and how. The toilet was not cleaned prior and the room as a very musky smell.

The main thing that was done right is the sheets and pillows are clean and the TV in the room works well.

Inside and Outside needs a make over.

Couldn't believe how rude the woman host was. Paid for a spa room & it didn't work & got no money back. Bathroom was full of mould, I do not recommend...Sleep in your car.

Under the bed was disgusting with food wrappers and rubbish u der both beds. Good location but that’s about it. The pool was green and it was summer when we went. I expected the pool to be in use as there was nothing written on the site saying otherwise.

We have stayed here before about 6 years ago and it was not nice so me and my husband are driving through so we thought we’d stop and stay the night and give it another go this is January 2025 now well silly us as we rolled up at the Motel. We got our room as i opened the door all we could smell was Mildred. It was terrible the smell was so strong then I opened the curtains and all along the window ledges was so much dust. It was disgusting also so many dead spiders And flies in the window ledge so then we walked through to the bathroom and saw a shower curtain hanging up. That looks like it was silk or satin Used as a shower curtain instead of a door also the bottom of the curtain had mildew on it so gross So I went to reception and asked the lady to please come and have a look. It was so bad. She apologised and was so sorry so she transferred us to another motel down the road which was absolutely beautiful. So I’m so sorry to say I will never stay there again also around the swimming pool. I forgot to mention there was rubbish. Scattered everywhere in the pool area was so disgusting.

This Motor Inn was clean but tired. Reception was polite and very welcoming, Motor Inn could do with some repairs, toilet was leaking and the shower nozzle kept dripping. Overall would stay here again due to price point.

If you want to experience a genuine 1-2 star motel in the region this is it! It's been there for years and had a recent reputation that I was aware of but after a long days drive on a fairly hot day we found at 9pm at both that our electric blankets were on!! After not being able to sleep for nearly two hours I had about the worst sleep ever and that had nothing to do with the storm last night. The beds were made perfectly and were clean but I woke up with a really bad lower back and my neck is out, neither of which I've had for over a year... We killed two small spiders and were surprised at the actual cleanliness of the room... It hadn't really been cleaned properly for some time. I'm not sure if the photos attached show this though... The bad storm then caused a tonne of water to come in under the door and soak the carpet nearly a metre into the room. It was not a normal storm I have to say though... When I brought up the electric blanket issue this morning I was asked if they worked... Needless to say I won't be staying there again...

Had a nice relaxing weekend here. Great rooms and very calm atmosphere. Price was very reasonable and was close access to everything in town. Would definitely stay again when in shepparton again.

The rooms are very dated, some draws/cupboards don’t work. In need of a deep clean.
Toilet didn’t work properly.
Tap in sink loose and didn’t work properly either.

Rubbish everywhere outside.
Pool is very dirty.

The lady at reception was very friendly.
The beds were comfortable.
I wouldn’t stay here again
