Don't be fooled by the clean, airy and bright photos advertised on their website.

The place is poorly maintained, unclean and massively overpriced for what you get. The room I had was missing the shower door, tiles hadn't been properly cleaned in who knows how long with mould present and the kitchen poorly stocked.

The beds are extremely soft and the pillows extremely thin.

If you like walls with the plaster falling off and holes on the plasterboard you'll love it here.

Location is good if you enjoy heavy traffic noise from the bridge.

Wifi is on name only, patchy reception at best.

Stayed here for 4 weeks, as booked by office.
Photos are way different from actual looks if the room and facilities overall. Cleanliness is a 5/10 as I had to literally clean the kitchen, all cutleries, drawers, counter and pans. The dish rack is rusty, so I bought one from Kmart to use. Bathroom, carpet and lounge are not fully cleaned as well. Staff not too friendly, the other one had moods.
The only thing good are the motel location and the room size, stayed on a one-bedroom unit.
Definitely will not come back here.

I wish I read the reviews before I booked this place. Only left 2 blankets in the room. Room cramped with 3 beds. After we left I received a message regarding a missing blanket and would be charging us $50 for the alleged missing 3rd blanket. The receptionist claimed there were 3 blankets but we only found 2 in there. The receptionist was rude and arrogant. Hang up on us and wouldn’t answer her phone. This hotel is running a scam. So if you are to stay in this place which I DO NOT RECOMMEND at all then be sure to take photos of items in the rooms. Worst part is that the blankets are outdated, old and cheap. The worst experience ever.

We booked the family room for two adults and two children. There was only one thin blanket for the three beds, with the beds only made up with top sheets. It was lucky our kids brought their own blankets. The beds were uncomfortable. There was no battery in the smoke alarm, it was open and not functional. There was an old box air con unit that was so loud and rattled all night. The TV had no antenna or remote, it was pointless being in the room. The bathroom door was almost falling off, I had to readjust the door so it would shut properly. We arrived after hours, so we were unable to request additional blankets, however, it could reasonably be assumed that there would be sufficient blankets provided to necessitate the amount of beds in the room. $150 a night is far too much to pay for such substandard accommodation.

Booked & paid online for Rockynats weekend. Arrived on the Thursday to be told quite rudely by the so called manager that they didn't have a booking for me. She asked for proof of my confirmation email to which I showed her. Told me again "well we have nothing for you it's Rockynats weekend". I told her I spoke to a young guy on reception on the Tuesday & she rudely replied "we don't have any males working here". Showed her my call log that I phoned the hotel & was told to "get out there's nothing here for you".

Worst customer service from a so called manager. Was not willing to assist with the booking whatsoever. She was rude, unfriendly from the get go & couldn't even say a simple hello. Very unprofessional.

Very inadequate parking, other guests were all gathered in the car park drinking. Dodged a bullet by not staying here.

Horrible didn’t even stay, room reeked of cigarette smoke, windows and air con full blast when I arrived as they obviously were trying to air it out but my Asthma flared up and I left! Smoke detector was ripped from the ceiling so smoke wasn’t detected, I work in fire protection and knew straight away, criminals were staying at the accomodation as well very unsafe, no cellphone service in the rooms, Ute full of rubbish that smelt of vomit, dog shit and foul trash outside my room disgusting!
