Problem is you cannot amend and pay for anything yourself-
Have extra luggage? You’ll need to through them to add it.
Pick your own seat? Nup. Go through them. I prefer at the front of the plane, usually they put my seat near the back.
Get an email from the airline that I have been selected to bid on an upgrade. I put my details in- oh sorry I’m not eligible.

So far I’m about $500 out of pocket. I needed to change travel dates a few days before flying, I was quoted a gap of about $300- fine. I was charged over $500.
They booked me accomodation with car parking about 3 blocks away from the hotel. With my physical issues I decided to stay where I was as parking was on-site (paid for that) and cancel the second week of the accomodation parking. Hire company agreed. I was prepared to pay for the week past even though I did not use the parking once. Still got charged for a whole two weeks of parking.

Do not deal with this agency. The website is almost impossible to navigate . Rang Marika our account manager for assistance and she was very rude & short with me and did not even follow up my issue. Beware before you sign up.

I dont know what sort of people they hire here, but the way they select hotels for their clients is like primary school children. Worse experience every.
