We really enjoyed this gym for the month we stayed here. Leonie and Brodie are both really welcoming and friendly ! Never too full so you can train peacefully and enjoy the machines, all in perfect condition and clean. We’ll miss this place !!

Core Value Fitness has been a major anchor in my life since retirement . Attending their circuit and Strength for Life classes has resulted in significant gains in strength and bone density, and I have found a wonderful, caring community of friends among my gym buddies.
The facility is light, fresh and clean with a welcoming atmosphere that caters for all ages. The expertise and guidance of the trainers has been instrumental in my safe and successful fitness journey.
