Excellent accommodation, walking distance to town centre. Very nice suite with separate bathroom. We had unit one and I can highly recommend. Everything was supplied to make your stay comfortable with large comfy bed. Very safe right opposite the police station.

My wife and I booked the apartment at Coppers Hill and was absolutely fantastic, plenty of room, close to town, Very clean, nice comfy beds, big open studio apartment. Undercover car port, very quiet, can't recommend this highly enough, we will be back for sure. If your in gloucester spend the extra money and get this apartment, you will be glad you did.

Studio apartment. Really clean, open plan living, well equipped, comfortable lounges and bed. Nice views of the mountains, changes with the weather. Only thing is the walls between rooms are thin but wasn't an issue as neighbours were quiet. Conveniently located at northern end of town, near some beautiful parks and open spaces. Can hear some traffic noise if outside but is offset by cows mooing and all the different birds. Good communication from provider. Good for couples.

If you're in Gloucester NSW (pop: 2,500) and looking to stay, this accommodation is lovely. Beautifully appointed and equipped, in a great location with easy parking (opposite the tiny police station) - highly recommended.

Warm and easy instructions received on day of check in, allocated Room 3 (4 rooms on property, you check yourself in with a secure passcode for the key to your room).

The room was large and spacious, with everything 2 people could never, all of which are in excellent condition and spotless. The chocolates on the bed were a lovely touch, plus the biscuits ... Everything Aussie-branded, the ones you'd have at home.

Adjoining bathroom large, bright and airy. Very nice.

Wifi is included (PW in guest book) and is fast.

Overall, way beyond expectations and would seek out next time in area. Thank you to the owners.

This is fantastic accommodation. From the seamless check in via lock it box to the Sheridan towels with complimentary chockkie. Bed was really comfy, pillows were just right and the whole room was spotless. Also an easy walk into town ( 2 mins ) and much cheaper than other accom in town. Yes the walls are a bit thin as it’s an old house split into small self contained rooms but the noise intrusion is minimal. I’ll stay again for sure 👍🏻

Room 2 twin was comfortable and clean. Just tiny with no storage. Required a constant dance to negotiate the space. Thin walls as others have commented. The microwave was not working, but the owners came within 30 mins to attend to it.

Warning after a cancellation of 36 hour before booking time these charged me for the first night accommodation and kept 20% deposit for a cancellation fee this is nothing but a scam

Horrible cancellation policy / admin fee.
We couldn't stay due to business commitments.
I had booked the room on the 15 May for a stay on Saturday 29 June. Advised them by email on the 31 May that we could not stay due to business commitments, that is 29 days in advance.
I was advised..

Sorry for the delay in replying to your email.
I can cancel your reservation, there will be a $60 admin fee charged for cancellation.

I have searched Copers Hill Boutique Accommodation cancellation policy and cannot see where this is stated.
My husband and I own a Motel. Anyone that books direct (which I did) is never charged a cancellation fee / admin fee.
It's rude and unnecessary.
Just be aware.
