Coolibah Downs Private Estate was the most perfect place to have our wedding in May 2025. It was such a stunning and peaceful setting and the day ran smoothly with no issues at all!!!
Emma and Leticia were so professional and helpful from the first time we saw the venue all the way up to the lead up to our wedding day. The wedding coordinators at Coolibah Downs work so incredibly hard and it really shows in how stress free we felt on our wedding day. 😍

Our wedding at Coolibah Downs was truly a dream come true! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. Leticia and her team went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

The venue itself is breathtaking—the lush gardens, the charming chapel, and the stunning reception marquee. The fairy lights in the marquee were unreal, creating the most magical atmosphere that left us and our guests in awe. Speaking of our guests, they absolutely loved the food—every dish was beautifully presented and delicious!

We had our wedding at Coolibah Downs and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Even though our big day ended up being a wet one, the team handled every last-minute change seamlessly and made sure things ran smoothly behind the scenes.

Our coordinator Leticia was absolutely amazing — so warm, professional and helpful from day one. She made the whole planning process so much easier and took a lot of the stress off our shoulders. We felt completely supported the whole way through.

The venue itself is stunning. We had a chapel ceremony, which was intimate and beautiful. While the rain meant we couldn’t enjoy the gardens as much on the day, the whole estate still looked gorgeous. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the venue, the bar, and the reception marquee — it truly made for a magical setting.

The food was lovely and enjoyed by everyone, and the gelato cart and mocktail package were a big hit with our guests!

Overall, Leticia and the team were fantastic and so accommodating with every request. We couldn’t recommend her and the Coolibah Downs team enough for helping make our day the best it could possibly be.

Our Coolibah wedding couldn’t have been more perfect!

We were recently married in March at Coolibah and loved every minute of it! Even Cyclone Alfred couldn’t stop us from getting married.

We met Leticia almost 2 years prior to our wedding, as soon as we met her she felt like an old friend. Warm, inviting, bubbly, excited but more than anything she KNOWS her craft. My husband and I knew from the moment we met Leticia that Coolibah was the venue for us. As someone who is in the customer service business the connection I needed with my vendors was incredibly important to me and Leticia and the rest of the team at Coolibah were flawless.

The venue of course is stunning! Beautifully manicured gardens, a cosy homestead and the option to book Valentin Villa for getting ready and for our guests; it all seemed like a no brainer! Our guests loved the venue almost as much we did! Everyone loved their meals, even those with dietary requirements! Don’t forget to book them for your cake too!

I’d recommend Coolibah to anyone who is looking for a venue that is fabulous at what they do 💕

We can’t thank Barbara enough for making our wedding day beyond perfect! From the beginning stages of planning the wedding we were met by the Coolibah staff with open arms and felt like the venue was the one right from our very first step. When we met Barbara on one of our planning sessions after various back and forth emails (we were living in far North Queensland at the time) we honestly felt at home and at ease. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, making the entire planning process smooth and stress free. As a poor decision maker myself- Barbara led us in the right direction and with her caring nature made it all easy to make those decisions.

From the little details like who would hold our fur baby, to how we would like the napkins folded- Barbara was there making the whole event the best day of our lives!

On our big day everything ran seamlessly thanks to her dedication and hard work. From coordinating all the vendors to holding our dog Oakey, she ensured we weren’t worrying about anything and just being present in the very moment of our day! We highly recommend Barbara to any couple looking for a wedding coordinator who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile. Not only did I gain a husband on our wedding day, but also a wedding coordinator who feels like my friend!

We had the most incredible wedding at Coolibah Downs Private Estate. The venue is absolutely stunning! From the green gardens to the beautiful chapel where we tied the knot, it was the perfect backdrop for our day.

A huge thank you to our amazing coordinator, Leticia. She was calm, organised, and so supportive not just on the day but throughout the entire process. She even managed to get a mark out of my dress right before walking down the aisle! Superwoman!!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to say "I do" and marry the love of my life. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely flawless. The venue itself is stunning—elegant, beautifully maintained, and the chapel is simply breathtaking. The attention to detail was impeccable. Every single element was thought out and executed with care, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything we envisioned came to life. They helped with every little detail, made the entire process smooth, and were incredibly accommodating and supportive throughout the planning journey.

A massive thank you to Leticia, our incredible wedding coordinator—her calm presence, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference, and her excitement about our wedding was so pure. She is simply amazing, even went so far as to watch a YouTube video that morning to sew on a button last minute and recorded some BTS videos for us.
