It's only 8 minutes from Gold Coast airport. It's a lovely motel with very handy location. Close to shopping center, beach, club and etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean and tidy. super big TV. Will highly recommends.

Great mid-range budget motor inn. The staff are really helpful and friendly and the resident cat is lovely. Neighbours were quiet on new years eve and the bed is really comfortable. Shampoo may be the best I've ever used but unfortunately our shower gel container was empty so we had no soap.

We stayed for a few days over Christmas to visit our daughter. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location, cafes, restaurants and Coolangatta beach were all in walking distance. |The management staff were all very friendly and accommodating, they were there if you needed them. They gave us a box of chocolates Xmas morning. 😊 When we returned to motel later, they gave us some homemade dumplings. 😋|I recommend this motel and I’m keen to stay here again.

Stayed a couple of years ago & it was great most of all it was safe….||But this time we didn't even stay for the full time we booked we left the next morning as the new owners have now decided to allow anyone to stay and I mean anyone there were drug deals done in the carpark and out the front, the place isn’t safe anymore just goes to show how greedy people get they couldn't move quick enough to get the money off Housing hence the place has changed…..spoke to some of the neighbours and since new owner took over they are allowing crackheads to stay things have been broken into & stolen from hard working people in the street.I didn’t feel safe so we left the next morning to find another place that was safe. ||Definitely NOT a safe place for women or families avoid at all costs.

Perfectly good suburban hotel run by a friendly family. Room very basic but very clean and neat. I struggled to adjust the shower temperatures as the hot and cold water levers operated counterintuitively and in the end I settled for luke warm which is the best I could do.||In any case, bed was comfy, fridge a good size and can actually fit and freeze an ice tray. ||Motel is straight across the road from the Tweed Mall which includes a Coles and an Aldi and multiple other speciality shops. Also just a short walk to Twin Towns or Club Tweed (good for a meal).

Absolutely hands down the most cringe accomodation.|So many junkies staying there people smoking dope in their rooms the owners don’t speak English so very hard to get anything that’s needed for the room eg towels and clean sheets even soap! Didn’t feel safe at all. People coming and going all hours everyone out the front smoking very tacky. Premises aren’t looked after grass is all over grown & not maintained. Cockroaches,mice & rats.|Overheard owner giving a young couple a hard time about a alleged broken bathroom door (two panels of plywood) demanding $500 for them to replace the door they had no money the door was damaged from wear but the owner took their last $250. Told the couple unless they paid $500 the both couldn’t stay only one absolutely disgusting behaviour from management when they are getting paid by the government for the accommodation. Selfish and greedy money hungry. Don’t recommend staying here @ all.|Other reviews have said the same yet the owner says in caps that there are no drug dealings going on but that’s a lie!

Our stay was enjoyable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was well presented and the cooking facilities were excellent for us to have our breakfast in the room. The separating the rubbish to normal and recycle in the room is a good idea. The shopping mall across was very convenient. We had a problem with the TV signal and this was attended to straight away and fixed the problem. I would stay there again if coming to Tweed Heads.

Basic motel style rooms but very clean and tidy. The bed was really comfortable. Everything you'd normally need was provided. It was quiet and peaceful. Lovely pool area. Just across the road from Tweed Mall and a short stroll to Twin Towns. We would recommend and be happy to stay again.
