WORST SERVICE EVER
I could not recommend Cooee Tours less. I have never seen a company run so poorly without any kind of apology or acknowledgement of their horrendous service. We originally booked them for an event which was paid for in full where they forgot to schedule in our trip meaning that they didn’t have a bus available when we were supposed to leave. It took them three hours to find us a driver and then sent a bus that was too small so we had people sitting in the aisle and on laps. The vineyard we attended also said they had this happen multiple time with the same company and had to stay open late for us to enjoy our experience there. After saying they would provide a full refund, they then only reimbursed half the value of the trip. They also said that if we booked with them again that we’d receive a 50% discount next time. We should have learnt our lesson but tried booking with them again recently only for them to tentatively book us in then ghosting us for 3 days and completely ignoring all calls, texts and emails. We had to call from different mobiles for them to pick up our call to which the owner provided two completely different medical reasons to two different people for not having responded to our previous attempts of contact. He then provided the office number for us to call where we couldn’t get through to which he replied ‘they must be busy’ and that he ‘also couldn’t get through’. Thankfully we ended up going with a different company who were very professional. Cooee is run so poorly and a hopeless excuse for a tour company. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere when looking for bus hire.

Just returned from a great tour to Cooee . Jeff was fantastic with the careful driving at the same time, providing an amazing wealth of information. He was ever so patient and waited for us as we took endless photos of the beautiful landscape. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour which we could not have if we have to figure the way there ourselves and able to see the Tasman Arch, Devil’s Kitchen and the Remarkable Cave and all the sights without the stress.I really very glad for their awesome services. Very upsetting our wine tour last Saturday was cancelled only one hour before departure. We had baby sitters booked and were already on our way. We tried calling Cooee tours to find out why it was cancelled and never heard back. We gave them a week to get back to us but they never did. We did get a refund but were still very disappointed.

We booked Cooee Charters to take our guests to our wedding on the Sunshine Coast Hinterlands. It ended up being an extremely disappointing and for our guests, traumatizing experience. We experienced the following:
- Very poor communication in the lead up to the day to organise and confirm a route and itinerary, despite the service being booked and deposit being paid 9 months in advance.
- The bus was 30 minutes late to the first stop, and we were not notified by the bus company (our guests had to contact the company to find out what was happening).
- The driver did not know the route, with our guests having to direct the driver themselves.
- The bus provided was too large for the range, but tried to go down it anyway. This resulted in it getting into an accident and hitting a metal guardrail, with some of our guests having to get out of the bus on the mountain range to direct and help it get un-stuck from the guard rail and curb.
- The driver was inconsiderate in assisting the guests get off the bus, and parked over a puddle which was extremely challenging for elderly guests to disembark.
- We emailed the company with our experience 3 days after the wedding to discuss our experience and seek remediation, however have not yet received any contact from them (2 weeks waiting) despite multiple phone and email attempts.

The unprofessionalism exhibited by both the driver and the company itself has been extremely disappointing, and something I have never experience before. I would strongly recommend against booking with Cooee Coach Charters.

The Mt Tamborine wine tour was incredible. Our driver, Lee, made the trip extremely fun. We were able to spend enough time at each location. Our food and drinks packages were book and ready when we arrived. We learnt a few things at the wineries and got to enjoy plenty of good wine. We had a group of 11 and joined a group of 7 which made it all the more enjoyable.

We booked through Viator. Cooee bus tours Mt Tamborine wine tasting day is a really great idea for birthdays.
