Been with connect for almost a year and it has been nothing but disrespect, dis honesty and disregard for the safety of others. From giving Webster packs full of medication to suicidal clients, making clients miss out on reviews and treatment and using higher authority to manipulate those that are vulnerable. When you get close to your funding running out you will notice a mistreatment and lack of empathy from the connect office.those in management lack the ability to communicate with others and do not have any interest in supporting their client to the long term goals. I have had mis diagnosis and had the wrong diagnosis written down for weeks because connect refused to chnag it when I complained that my staff can't support me because they don't know what I have. I have just been told by the complaints management when I tried to complain that if I wasn't happy I can find another company.

Young workers pick up and drop off neighbour's 20 yo son 7 days a week and are so loud with their yelling and slamming car doors out front of my unit 🤬. Their unit is right next to me. Make me jump out of my skin every morning. I'm 63, in remission from cancer and recently put my 12yo cat to sleep 😪. RESPECT FOR YOUR ELDERS GOES A LONG WAY CONNECT. My workers are quiet and respectful of my neighbours. I guess I'll have to start yelling and telling them to shut up@@@. CONNECT says they've spoken to workers about this but no way. Nothing is different and QUIET ENJOYMENT OF MY PROPERTY IS WRITTEN ON MY LEASE. Next stop, landlord and NDIA.
