I have worked for Connect 2 Nursing Agency for almost a year. Signing up with this agency was the best thing I have ever done. The owners are courteous and very efficient. They respect my wishes when I need time off and give me a great quantity and choice of shifts when I choose to work. They take into account the type of shifts I need to work at all times. They don’t pressure me to work when I don’t want to. I have worked with other agencies that reduce your hours if you don’t accept shifts. Communication by Connect 2 staff is clear and concise. I have never had an error with my pay which l have had with other agencies. The pay rate is very fair as well. I would strongly recommend nurses looking for extra shifts to sign on with Connect 2. Again, it’s the best thing I have ever done.
