Hi, I run a fleet taking people to Sydney from newcastle, one was involved in a no fault accident, but a company used by compass, right2drive, believe that cos we have other cars in our fleet, we don't need one,the vehicle involved was a 9 seat van, our other vehicles are cars, we can't transport, 6-8 to airport in a sedan. This wasnt an issue when I was in an accident 9 months ,we got a car, no issues, be careful , not happy at all

My two vehicles were written off by a truck (first time been in an accident but with both cars) so had no transport) so I found compass claims and well they did organise it quick they told me to keep in contact. Everytime I tried to call Newcastle depot I kept getting diverted to a different office (about 12 times) I got sick and tired off it I gave up I even texted the manager to call me back !!! Anyways I gave up and started to call head office instead I had to drive to Queensland and had to make sure car would be insured to go up there they confirmed it was and I told them to tell Newcastle depot to call me. Anyways I get back from my qld trip to a text message saying “please call” I called and we’ll they wanted the vehicle back because of lack of communication ?!!!? they must be whacked outta there mind !!! Anyways I’m glad I went with a different company and if I’m ever in an accident again I will defiantly not being using this group !! Not only that the insurance company says they have been in contact with them.. so really I don’t see point of communication if they are communicating with insurance ..anyways worse experience. Only thing that was nice was the lady that dropped and picked the car up
