Glendale branch is not the closest to our home. We prefer to use Glendale branch for its friendly, competent, & fabulous service. After visiting the branch, completing all required ID info, request to be a signatory on a business account. Nothing has happened! After 4 phone calls to various consultants who all had different suggestions.I've been issued an official complaint no. Still nothing! Might be easier to close the account. Everyone is polite but obviously clueless!
