The deposit atm had a glitch when i tried to deposit my money but the people working there where so helpful to myself and everyone at the branch and i get my money deposited a hour later. While it sucks to have it happen, these things do happen and the way it was handled was 10/10.

Originally I was going to leave the Commonwealth bank due to younger staff being so abrupt and rude. However I went back to the branch the next day and was looked after by Nancy. She was so kind and professional and understanding it made me remain a Commonwealth bank customer. Nancy is the best customer service officer they have.

I would just like to extend a huge "thank you" to Jorgia at the Shellharbour square branch. I had an issue with scammers taking money off my account.
Not only was Jorgia super friendly and made me feel at ease ( even though I could see she was super busy , trying to assist each person)

A HUGE asset to your branch! And thank you Jorgia for not making me feel like just another number to get through!

Elijah, customer service office at Commonwealth bank, Shellharbour assisted me with an unresolved dispute regarding a
Credit card transaction.

Elijah was helpful in the extreme, he spent the time to answer all my queries, looking into the transaction documentation and contacting the credit card department directly.

I cannot recommend Elijah highly enough, it is nice to have someone who you can relate to, and who is willing to go the extra mile.

I went to Shellharbour branch very angry as I had asked for something to be fixed on my account at a previous branch which was not. I was greeted and then put into office with Jorge’s. She rectified my problem. She was very professional. Thank you

I'm disappointed that I can no longer use the change machine. Normally, when I do my shopping, I withdraw the amount I need and then change it to smaller notes, so I'm not handing over $50 for a $10 purchase. Now the Change machine only takes 'Business Account' cards. How am I supposed to get change now?
