Their ATM will produce a card error when you tried non cba cards to conduct any transactions. It is their way of allowing only CBA cards, which is illegal. Shame on you CBA chester hill. I will report you to ACCC.

We been visiting this branch for a year now after our local branch In Guildford had closed down due to downsizing and cost saving measures!

I flew from New Zealand yesterday and was abit apprehensive about going to the bank today, mainly because they're so difficult to deal with in NZ.
I went in to this branch today to open a bank account.
I met a couple of the staff, Zane and Nada, they were friendly, extremely professional and well mannered.
I was in and out of the bank really quickly. I'm so impressed with the service!
