The kangaroo schnitzel was amazing - free salad buffet with lunch which was a nice surprise. The fries were well seasoned and crunchy and the beer was ice cold and refreshing.
Very friendly staff and overall a great experience dining here!

Strawbs and Mary-Louise were the perfect hosts. Strawbs is always ready for a chat when behind the bar. Mary-Louise is also lovely and usually busy preparing meals, which are superb. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. A great place to stop when heading either further into the outback, Port Augusta or Peterborough.
I highly recommend. Thanks guys ?

Great food. 1st time since perth we've seen a salad bar, delicious. Meals fantastic lamb shank and scotch fillet! Beautifully done Great prices would be twice that in a big city.

3 of us lucky enough to stay the night at this pub. Owners Strawb amd Mary-Louise were outstanding in their friendliness and overall hospitality. Meals were delightful and the rooms spotless. Great country people

Came for a meal and a drink and wasnt let down! Great local owners of a few years who know the town and really understand basic human interaction. Here to ask about your visit and talk as a genuine person which is what rewards the whole experience.

The customer service was amazing! For some outsiders to walk into the local Orroroo pub, it can be abit intimidating, but it wasnt the case at all. It's a friendly, family pub! A lovely welcome from the owner of the hotel and the conversation was super easy and nice. We had drinks and food there too. It was one of our highlights from our trip to Orroroo!
