We last stayed here overnight in 2020 and found it to be clean, quiet and comfortable. Unfortunately it has gone downhill. Although still clean and (relatively) comfortable, the paper thin walls and high occupancy meant that it was particularly noisy. This was exacerbated by the staff who were located in the office immediately below us and did not appear to know the concept of "indoor voices". The staff also appeared to be using the kitchen of the now-closed restaurant to cook their own meals and the exhaust fan was unable to cope adequately with the cooking smells. Security was also concerning to us as the key to open the door to the accommodation wing was left in the door with a sign advising that it should not be removed. We would definitely think carefully before staying here again.

Great place and great value. We had to find a place stay since we had just come from a flight from Vancouver and had to drive from Sydney to Melbourne.
Came across this inn and it was great, the rooms were spacious extremely clean and very comfortable, the beds were very comfy, the bathrooms were modern, and the staff was nice.

Booked online and stayed here overnight, returning to Sydney from Melbourne. Great location, 2 minutes off motorway and a 2 minute walk to the local Services Club. Enjoyed a very nice meal there in Banjo’s Restaurant.||Large clean room, with a seperate bathroom and toilet, with all the usual amenities. Friendly greeting at reception.||No breakfast available at this motel, however owner recommended a great Cafe in Sheridan St, …Niagra Cafe. It’s a few minute walk up the street or a short drive. Well worth going here …. Excellent service and meals …. Cafe recently renovated back to an old style country town cafe. Loved it!

After ringing around and having no luck with accommodation we finally found a very clean and welcoming warming atmosphere. Rob was very helpful in giving us a room for a night, rooms are very clean, beds comfy and a very clean place. I highly recommend this motel for your next stay.

Stopped here on the way from Melbourne to Sydney with my wife and 2 young kids. The owners were very accommodating in helping us with some washing and introduced the girls to Jack, the resident dog. Great location, short walk to pubs and cafes and there is an amazing new park across the road for the kids (of all ages). Will definitely stay here again next time we're in the area.

This place online looked exactly what I wanted. We arrived to a lovely and in reception. What a lovely guys. |Our room for 3 was right on the road with little road noise. Bed on the harder side and were all on casters for easy cleaning but this meant they moved constantly. Air-conditioning right above the main bed and the fan was very noisy. Great clean facilities and bathroom toilet were spotless. |No restaurant operating for breakfast as advertised but understandable with covid. |Ok for an overnight stay

The man at the front desk was absolutely rude with no manners to deal with customers. I was being very nice to him but he was absolutely rude. He was also talking to another customer on the phone and was being very rude. I paid them for Portacot to be installed and ready for baby to sleep but they didn’t even had one in the room. Later in the evening when we got back from dinner. Portacot was left at the front door with no notes and it was absolutely dirty. We decided not to use it. Bed was nice, Internet worked fine, Rooms were clean but the cups were very dirty and dust around the cupboard.
I will never ever recommend anyone to stay in this hotel from my personal experience.

We only had an overnight stay but would happily have stayed longer. Rooms were great - very comfy and excellent layout. Warm welcome and helpful advice. Great value for money and surprisingly quiet, given it's convenient location.
