The rooms are well set out and have pretty much everything you need for basic amenity’s without having to share bathrooms. It’s well priced for what you get and the rooms are extremely clean. The bed was comfortable and would happily stay here again.

We also ate at the bistro where the food was yummy and fresh. Drinks didn’t originally come out and just have been lost due to ordering on the QR code, the friendly waiter went and got them straight away.

BISTRO REVIEW-
I’ve been here to eat 3 times now and food is pretty good. The entree/starters are great sizes and pretty good value for money.
As for the staff, they definitely need some training is customer service! The woman with the long blondish hair, glasses and gap/missing tooth has zero customer service skills, I was actually shocked. I didn’t see not one of them smile even the woman that brought our food out didn’t smile. While we were eating I heard 2 of the waitresses bitching about some customers.
Apart from the wait staff the place is pretty good, decent modern pub atmosphere and good kids play area. Last time I was here they allowed me to have my dog in the outside seated area.

Our visit to the Colo was nothing short of frustrating. We had high hopes for a pleasant family meal, but unfortunately, the service and food quality left much to be desired.

First, we ordered wine, only to find out later that the docket had been incorrectly generated —meaning our drinks never arrived. That was just the beginning. My husband's meal was completely forgotten, and when we enquired about it, we were casually told they were "still frying the chips"—but what about the rest of the meal? Meanwhile, our food sat on the table getting cold as we waited for his order to arrive.

When the meal finally came out—15 minutes later—the experience had already soured. The flavors did not make up for the frustration, and we couldn’t help but notice that the chefs had seemingly changed, impacting the overall quality. There was only one other family dining that night so there was no excuse for the delay.

Sadly, this was a terrible family experience, and we won’t be returning. If you’re considering dining here, be prepared for inconsistent service and long waits

The staff Emma & Shae, are friendly yet professional. The service is excellent, help is always close at hand if you request it! The team creates a safe and happy environment where everyone is always welcome and feels comfortable!

What a fantastic spot for food, footy, and a great atmosphere! The gaming area was lively and really added to the fun vibe. Big thanks to Emma, the pizza lady 🍕, and the entire team—Teegan, Tahlia, Angel, and Nicole—for their warm and welcoming hospitality. You all made for a great experience.
