I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the poor customer service I experienced at your Taylor's Hill store. My visit was frustrating due to incorrect pricing and unacceptably delay in resolving the issue.
While paying, I noticed that the same product - lunchbox scanned at two different prices. I brought this to the attention, Kellie, expecting quick resolution. However, instead of addressing the issue promptly by checking the shelf price where she found the evidence of the wrong pricing. Rather honouring the price she went to the person who did mark down. Still the problem wasn't resolved. Finally, I had to call store manager Kaddar, who resolved the problem by taking another 5 minutes. It was a short wait of
20-25 minutes. I am attaching photos of the lunchboxes for you to decide whether my frustration is right or wrong?

I shop at this store almost everyday.
Staff are so friendly and helpful especially one particular lady on the register named Kerry.

Everytime I would get served by Kerry she is always a happy bubbly respectful and very polite lady.
Also would greet you with a smile and ask how your day is going and has the best customer service skills.

I would leave the store with a smile and happy cause that's how she would make feel after our chats and her customer service.

The Deli section is an absolute disgrace.
I asked if there was any in the back which they can slice for me freshly...
The female worker (with a straight face) told me the ones that are sliced have just been sliced minutes ago and fresh.
I got a pack and to be honest it was absolute rubbish....ended up giving it to the cat.
Do not trust these shifty workers.
If they refuse to slice from the packet then leave it....trust me.

Overall clean and well presented. Just too many dogs in trolleys allowed in the store these days. I'm not talking about service animals. I'm talking about young couples bringing their pets into the store rather than tying them up outside. It's concerning

Really good Coles! It’s like super big with all extra stuff - there’s even a sushi hub inside.

They also make flatbread fresh in store.

Very disappointing to see Sushi Sushi has gone and replaced with Snowfox…so why did they leave? Putting your own profits first and the interest of consumers last

The renovations look great!! Needed a new look, so much nicer!!
Customer Service is always great here!
