Live locally around here, and always shop there for years now. never wanted to put bad review anywhere since i worked in the same service industry, so i really understands customer service is a hard job. but this one triggers me so bad. I have to put 1 star.

Bad customer service is displayed by this lady and also very rude (lady in her 50s presumably) on self service checkout, never a kind words. obviously not just 1 encounter it has been multiple, never helpful and very rude. Thats why i put a review.

Avoid that one at all cost. The other team member other than her is very helpful and kind.

Used to be a nice store but the new management is terrible now. Staff don't even bother to look at you when you're in the store. no one smiles or says thank you anymore here everyone always looks depressed. price gouging practices are common here with sales mostly being $1.50 sometimes even 50c less. What a rip off. Had better customer experience at woolies.

I usually have a great experience at the store, and the staff are always pleasant. However, during my last visit, I encountered an individual named Rishav, who came across as exceptionally rude. His behavior could certainly use improvement.

Staff member in the self service area was quite rude and didn’t let me use the self serve area for 10 items, pretty disappointed.
Usually staff are quite nice and helpful here

Well stocked clean store, though the end of each aisle was very cluttered, made manoeuvring the shopping trolley difficult.

These guys are ALWAYS out of stock or don't have an item! they are probably the worst stocked Coles I've ever been to, especially for ice cream and chips. Other than that, very cool and clean store with some awesome new features that other stores don’t have - for example, a bread machine, coffee machine and mochi ice cream bar (which helps when they’re out of stock on ice cream!!)

What made them think to change this supermarket to a Local upmarket store! Things are even more expensive and you are driven to buy in certain quantities. Staff are lovely.

Guess they throw out heaps as everything packaged.

Go up
