Unbelievably racist. The workers there have the tendency to participate in racial profiling. I am white and I get questioned about the goods in my pram, while an Asian customer carting goods in their trolley will not.

Just because a white person stole from your store doesn't mean EVERY white person has the same agenda. Do better.

Love this store. Stock is good, varie try is good, customer service at the self checkouts is excellent, with staff greeting customers and then wishing them a good day.

Fairly clean store too. Definitely my preferred store over Box Hill Woolworths.

My baby had diarrhea so we went to Boxhill Coles to get the lactose free baby formula. All the lactose free baby formula is expired !!! The staff didn’t apologize and said it could be customer return or the factory gave them the expired stock. I don’t care where you get your stock. It is Cole’s responsibility to check if your stock is expired or not especially baby product!!!

A female employee in the Deli section of Box Hill Coles has shown severe discrimination against Chinese customers, especially those with limited English proficiency.
This morning, when there were no other customers, we stood in front of the counter for 10 minutes, yet she refused to serve us. When we tried to communicate in simple English, she refused to engage and refused to sell us anything.
The manager, Michael, then told us that because we were emotionally upset, we were no longer welcome at Coles.
Imagine if your family members were treated rudely like this. Coles is not the only option in the Box Hill area.

Stuff work in Deli area and self checkout are ver bad attitude. They never smile, always look bossy and grumpy. I really hate them. Makes me feel so bad. I hate the way they talking and behave. It’s so rude! I wish they can shut down… I’m here to shopping Not see your nasty attitude…

It's a Coles, except they sacrifice the usual range to stock Asian groceries that you can get right next store for half the price. Also there are only a minimal number of self-checkouts that accept cash. It's Box Hill - you should have been aware of the demographic. So long lines because minimal stations to pay with cash, a range that is reduced compared to other Coles in the area, and overpriced Asian groceries in a region where you can get stuff for cheap. Don't waste your time shopping here.

I love the way that this Coles has everything i was here just a week ago and i found Carolina Reapers? Also this Coles is huge (almost like Costco) Stands out from other Coles.
