In the period 2005 to 2019 we have used Coffs Coast Travel Services and its forebear, for eighteen national and internationals trips or journeys within those trips. Initially Rick Haines provided a superb level of coordination on successive trips to England, 2005, 2009. Since 2010 Dawn Smith has been the lynchpin of our many trips and side trips before and after European river cruises with “Scenic Cruises”.
Dawn, in the later years, has provided us with quite an extraordinary level of services up to and beyond the moment of each departure with an inevitable cheery follow-up after the trips. Absolutely exemplary and so reassuring. We were led from a novice class to become quite experienced travellers. Her care and organisation provided us with stability and security through the vagaries and international differences at airports, hotels and the world in general. Passports, visas, currencies … In Dawn’s rare unavailability, someone from the same office has managed our very few worries with great care.
Even now, with considerable experience travelling internationally, we would choose to use a coordinating agent for the simple reasons of security and travel continuity as well as providing a buffer between the traveller and the many agencies employed to deliver the travel. As we have aged, we have appreciated the assurances even more.
We very strongly commend Coffs Coast Travel services because of the level of service, the reliability, the international knowledge and the capacity to ‘be across’ details of travel essentials and basics.
Peace of mind is implicit in the service and experts develop an understanding of the clients’ needs and desires and work in minute detail to ensure satisfaction.
