My mother was experiencing problems with her
Internet. I contacted Lachlan from Coffs Harbour Technology services, he was easy to deal with. Within 5-10 minutes after phone call he was at my mother’s house and diagnosed the problem and advised how to fix the problem. He followed up to see if problem was rectified by the phone company.
Great service and my mother was impressed and will be using his services again if needed.

Our internet and Wi-Fi were extremely frustrating. I located Lachie online, and he responded quickly. He identified our issue (the network was outdated) and suggested fixes without any pressure. Lachy provides exactly the service that is/has been lacking from the major telco companies. On the very rare occasion we have a fault or issue, it's only one simply call/text/e-mail to Lachy & he's organised for it to be rectified.
