Purchased a 18 month old Concept van. First experience with sales was good, organised a time for pick up. Upon arrival we were forced to wait 3 hrs for them to deal with an unhappy customer getting their new van (with issues) we then had virtually no handover info.
Again we had to sit around for another 1hr while the rego was completed.
Upon first use the AC and mains water attachment were inoperable.
We rang Jeremy and we were told basically bad luck.
So be very careful dealing with this group.

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. We called with a warranty issue (we didn’t buy our van from here) and unlike other shops, they were willing to squeeze us in while passing through Coffs Harbour on our travels.

After chatting with the owner and some of the staff we ended up electing to get some additional work done as well and they were extremely accommodating.
