The CWTeam did a great job. We only wanted a simple repair done on our 10 year old ECM coffee machine. They had a good look and couldn't see anything further. Price was great, communication was great. Very happy.

The workshop assessed, cleaned up and serviced an old DeLonghi coffee machine I came into possession of - they did a good job, it works well now. The only suggestion I'd have would be to work on customer relationship skills. The conversation could be described as indifferent at best, in fact more accurately mildly unpleasant. I don't need a service provider to be my best friend, but a little warmth and friendliness go a long way in customer relations

Beyond expectations. Great personal service and machine servicing. Jake did a great job on my two SAECO babies. They gave me a card with the job numbers and a detailed receipt when it was all done. Within the time frame. Called me personally once the machines were on the bench for me to OK the work. This is the place to go. All the best guys !!

Our 10-year-old DeLonghi coffee machine collapsed on Monday morning and I feared I'd need to buy a new replacement. By Thursday The Coffee Workshop experts had assessed the problem, replaced a faulty pump, done a routine service, and our machine is working well. Great service for less than quarter the cost of a new machine.

Took our Delonghi Dinamica in for repair. The staff in The Coffee Workshop identified the problem and fixed it quickly. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy access to shop. Very good communication with customer. The machine is now home making our coffee. Recomend theses guys

My daughter and I recently completed the coffee course. Bella was a great instructor, she explained the content very clearly and ensured we understood the processes. We had no idea that making great coffee comes down to some very specific scientific formulas! Information about keeping the workstation clean and organised was also very valuable. We know we have lots of practice ahead of us to ensure we are making the best coffee possible for our customers, but this course has definitely put us on the right path to begin our journey in the coffee van business.

I have purchased three machines from Complete Cafe services, and have had all my services done by the Coffee Workshop. Staff have always been friendly and informative and the workmanship has always been of the highest standard. If only it was cheaper to service my coffee machine than my car!!
