Fantastic place to stop for some food and coffee. Service was top notch, very friendly and accommodating. We bought young kids with us and Barb was awesome by making sure they were happy and spoilt with a few M&Ms which made our time so much more enjoyable! We'll be sure to visit again next time we are in Ballina!

They open early like 6am. Service prompt and the food is great! Perfectly cooked eggs and great coffee. Lots of easy parking. There is another cafe of the same name in the centre of Ballina where the menu is more limited. This one is the East Ballina outlet. Was a great fund for breakfast before our early morning flight back to Sydney.

I previously left an honest opinion on here about a meal I was dissatisfied with. I have now removed the review as the owner quickly responded to my review and offered a meal replacement for my Meal. My partner and I went to Coffee and Kitchen east ballina today,Parked in the Car Park and called the store to let them know that we were there and then we made our order across the phone. We were waiting in our car until we thought our food would be ready but by surprise a man started to walk towards our car with food from the shop. He then walked upto my car window with a big smile on his face to get my attention. I opened my car door and he introduced himself as the owner of the store and passed me our order. We thought the store was only going to replace my meal so we said we havnt paid for it yet, He responded with letting us know that our meal today is on him and he hopes we have a great day. We said are you sure? And he said yes definitely. What a nice man! He definitely made our day. Our Food was Fresh and Delicious and we will definitely be back! Thank you very much Coffee and Kitchen for your Kindness!

Myself and my partner and my parent's come to this breakfast restaurant this morning time and we were not have with the service as the Staff need more training with customer service and the food was average as well.

Please trainee staff members better and cook food a lot better as we were not Impressed.

It's great when these people help you, my cousin had fallen, he is already quite old. But nothing was too much, an ambulance was called and waiting there was fortunately not too bad. Had a coffee, recovered from the shock and wanted to pay, it was just so sweet and wonderful on the house. will definitely go back afterwards.

The team have gr8 energy, and attentive to the tables which is rare these days. Good variety on breaky menu, plus the classics. Their cold drip coffee is unreal! 5 stars 🌟
