New owners since the last time we stayed i think. The rooms have been refurbished are spacious and have literally everything you need. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great value for the price would not hesitate in staying again. Clean, tidy and fresh!

Warm family style hospitality with high professional standards of cleanliness and customer service. A very well maintained facility run by owners who obviously take great pride in the place. My children loved the outdoor dart board and the undercover bbq area near the pool. We would definitely stay again.

Booked the room online last minute as a place to stay close to family.
The signals on the road is bright and easy to see in the dark. Very helpful on an otherwise dark road.
The reception staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Fantastic ambassadors after a long drive.
I booked the Colonial Motor Inn above other places due to the photos online. The photos showed a clean, modern room and that's what we encountered. The room was spacious and clean. Beds are very comfortable and bathroom modern.
The parking is off street, infront of rooms. It feels safe.
Overall 10/10. Very impressed and will add this little gem for next time I'm in the area!

Absolutely fantastic stay couldn't be more happy with the way I was treated. This Family who runs this Motel are so friendly and approachable and always greet you with a smile. Great location, easy to find and exceptionally friendly staff.

Room was much larger than anticipated and very comfortable. Bathroom modernised.

One suggestion would be to get some blinds for the doors/sky light as this photo was at 6.20am
