Basic, adequate apartment room, well located on First Avenue in lovely Sawtell, walking distance to everything. Good pool. However room is tired, old, and in need of an update. Three lights did not work, one old plastic towel rail ( room accommodates 4-5 people) broken, a mish mash of cheap crockery, lumpy hard pillows, and screen entry door very dirty. Staff friendly and welcoming. Overall low 3 stars - okay for short stay.

Very clean and functional. The location was close to everything and the room had basic kitchen supplies which means I didn't need to eat out the whole time. Lovely pool!
Richard, the owner, was amazing and nothing was too much trouble - exceptional service, and budget friendly to boot. I'll be back.

The room is basic but clean. New kitchenette, old bathroom but everything functions as it should. The aircon works and needed. The hosts are great and call you by name. Pretty nice clean pool.
I found it pleasant and very good value.

My stay was short & thank goodness it was. Certainly nothing like what the pictures on website show & certainly not worth the money my hubby &i paid. Uncomfortable beds, carpets stained, ammenties very basic & old & in pore maintenance. No phone in room to contact reception no hairdryers everything very old. The only positive thing was the location. Will never return or recommend to anyone.

This apartment was amazing. Just like being at home. This place is only 30 metres to mini mart and 50 to pub and club.100 metres to beach.You can head down to a restaurant/club/pub or cook in your apartment or by tmBBQ by the pool. Great size beds. At 140 a night. $$

I’m not one to complain about minor matters. This room was unclean and unhygienic. There was mould in the bathroom and in the shower floor tiles. Look closely enough anywhere in this self-contained room and the build-up of dirt was obvious. Very disappointing and we definitely won’t be back.

Right in the heart of Sawtell. Easy walk to beach, ocean pool, cafes and shops. Our room was very clean and the amenities are great. Very large pool plus kids pool. Couldnt be happier especially for the price. Staff were so friendly. We will be back.

Myself and a couple of mates stayed here .We got the 2 room unit but it actually had another bed in the living room so that was good. Look the place was well worn and had a 70s vibe but it was clean , the pool was great ,the location fantastic and the price the best we could find .If your a bit fussy then this is not the place for you
