Nice Motel in Eden. Good value. Rooms are very well presented. Parking available (although a bit tight to manoeuvre). They have a basic laundry but you may struggle to get an iron(probably they keep only 1, which is taken most of the time). Reception is not open most of the time so you have to call on the number provided.

Check in was easy as was check out. Room was average. Carpet needed replacing because of the stains and odor. Mattress needed upgraded. We had a very large gap under our door on the ground floor- allowing for critters. Location is excellent in the middle of town. Parking outside of doors was convenient.

The room was spacious, modern and absolutely spotless. The location was central Eden and next door to Coles, very handy for our microwave dinner, and the room was very quiet in spite of the proximity to the busy store. Bathroom was most fashionable. We would suggest that a bit more lighting in the room would be good. Highly recommend the motel.

Room was clean and had good facilities. The motel is old but centrally located. ||However I was not impressed on two aspects:||A - we had advised arrival between 4pm and 5pm and they had confirmed that time. On arrival, reception was closed and I rang the number given with no answer. So I rang the alternative sister hotel number given and got voice mail. After some time the hotel rang back and said that I should have received an email with our allocated room number and a code to get the key. I told him that I had not received this information so he gave it to me. The lack of arrival information and lack of staff to resolve the problem was most unwelcoming and has affected my opinion as to whether there will be a return visit.||B - the allocated room was #12 which required climbing a steep set of stairs (or walking up the driveway and then back along the long upstairs balcony). Several trips were required and I have to use a cane. I normally choose a ground floor motel room and park immediately outside the room. Consequently I am more likely to choose a traditional motel in our next visit to Eden.

Stayed one night and Manager was very helpful.
Few issues....carpet very stained but was told it was due to the busy season!
Bed most uncomfortable room 7.
No ceiling light at all so had to make do with bedside lamps.
No sheer curtains so when other curtain open for light to enter, everyone can see directly into room.
Room is set up with double and single beds but there is only one chair and one very high stool so have to sit on bed to eat.
On the positive side it is next door to Coles and close to township.

Great value! Great location (virtually in the Coles carpark - lol!). Was nice and clean. Loved the pretty colours of each room from the outside. A bit awkward to unpack the car as there's a railing along the front you have to walk around. Not many surfaces in the room to work on if you want to make a sandwich or something. Limited lighting as there are no ceiling lights, only bedside lamps. Limited space to put anything in the bathroom as there are two huge basins. Reception not open for advice on eating places or maps etc. but key collection and drop-off very efficient. Great communication via text message too.

The outside lights should be available to turn them off early, at 11pm they are still on and the room was too bright. Also, I would recommend a carpet cleaning. Other than that, the room was great.

Great little Motel that has been recently renovated. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Located on the main street but it's not well lit if you arrive after dark so it's easy to miss. Easy check-in and checkout. It would be good to have a choice of pillow as they were all flat and as a side sleeper a medium would have made for a perfect night's sleep. Amazing water pressure, so great shower. I'll stay again when I'm in the area. Highly recommend.
