We stayed at Crown Towers, the communications with Coast Management were really good, we were well informed. The apartment was in a great location, well maintained & clean. It was just as it appeared in the photos. We had a light globe in table lamp that wasn't working, within an hour of reporting, a maintenance person attending who was very polite and courteous. After our experience, I will use Coast Management again. Thank you, our family had a great holiday.

We were so stoked that we had chosen this amazing apartment!! Quick walk down to the pool and spa, close to shopping centre. The family loved staying here. Very spacious, beautiful rooms. Definitely recommend staying here. Will be booking again.

Just checked into our room and from the start it's awful mucky socks left in the room aircon leaking phone to reception doesn't work bedside lamp buttons missing and the WiFi doesn't work no complementary coffee or tea just a poor dated room wich we have to put up with now for the weekend!!! Will never be booking with you again also haven't been into to clean the room give us clean towels or toilet roll!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at a property managed by Coast Management. From the outset, the property in Torquay was in an unacceptable condition - which the management company acknowledged. Upon check-in, we found the property to be filthy, with neglected maintenance issues throughout. This included broken items, uncleaned areas, and a general lack of attention to detail in both indoor and outdoor spaces. The pool was dirty, the lawn needed mowing, and the outdoor areas were filled with cigarette butts, broken glass, and trash.

Beyond the cleanliness issues, the property was not fully functional. There were broken windows, toilets, and unsafe furniture. Items were missing or damaged, including essential things like a toilet brush and adequate glassware for the number of guests the property was advertised to accommodate. The property had clearly not been maintained or cleaned to a standard that could be considered acceptable for the price we paid. The photos were also misleading.

To make matters worse, the management’s response to the issues was completely unsatisfactory. We did have maintenance crew come in the second day, unannounced and completely unprofessionally. Maintenance was conducted on the property to clean the inside and outside from approximately 9am to 4pm with gardeners, cleaners, and a plumber walking in and out unannounced. The manager turned up unannounced in the afternoon around 4:30pm and brought wine and chocolates as a gesture of goodwill, acknowledging that she was told by management not to offer compensation. We were also misled about our pet policy, as we had written permission for our two small dogs, but Erin said that management claimed we violated this.

We were further disappointed when the maintenace manager Yogi's promises of repairs and improvements, such as fixing the broken window and cleaning up the pool area, were never followed through. The lack of communication and action was frustrating and disrespectful. Even after the $539 refund was issued, it was done without any prior discussion or explanation. We tried to call Lauren from Coast Management several times and could only reach reception, who said they'd pass on our message and have Lauren return our call - which she never did. This refund was an insult given the magnitude of the disruption we experienced, with two full days of our stay being affected by ongoing maintenance work.

In summary, the condition of the property, the lack of proper communication, and the unsatisfactory resolution to the numerous issues make it clear that Coast Holiday Management (and those they employ to clean and maintain their properties) is not a company that takes customer satisfaction seriously, despite apologosing for the condition of the property and acknowledging it didn't meet their "standards". For the price we paid, we expected much more than what we received. I would strongly advise potential guests to look elsewhere for a more reliable and professional service. Do not stay at 23 Bruce St Torquay without serious reservation.

Amazing workers, they are so kind and helpful. My experience was amazing, a lady called cheyenne, and the manager laura, helped me out over the phone and they were amazing.
