After building a new hotel in Sydney the biggest mistake I made was going with CMS hospitality. System is not what the great sales person made it out to be!
PAYING $3500 for support. Takes days to get back to you followed by sorry that was in your training you should already know that. They offer free training when you complain but when time to booking they reneg on this! A great company is leadership from the top which in this case the leader is disrespectful and not willing to assist with their clients requirements, I have the emails to prove it. Trust me STAY AWAY!
I learned the hard way after $25k and endless complaints from my staff.
Feel free to contact me for any advice, i wont turn you away like CMS will.

I have used the GuestCentrix applications for over 7 years and have always found them very useful and able to deliver on the operational needs of my properties. They understand the industry and the needs of managers, owners and front line staff as the use practical industry procedures within the applications so anyone with experience can pick it up straight away and new users can be trained easily. Speaking with the support staff is easy as well and you can tell they have worked in the same positions so understand the operation.
I have myself asked for modifications to be included in updates and while not all are accepted they are willing to discuss the changes or offer alternatives.
Nothing is prefect as any hotel manager would know working in hospitality but the GC applications are a very good and reliable.
I would recommend over other large software applications that make you change to fit their software instead of working with your properties needs.
