The location is perfect. Lots of eateries and shops around. Great view. Room was clean and staff were amazing. Two of the window latches and the ice cube tray were broken. Otherwise it was great. By the way, I am still waiting for the pre-authorised deposit back. Read some reviews that can be difficult or take long to get that back, hopefully it will not be this case as I really wanna book this hotel again.

We booked here because it was reported to be a luxury apartment with a beautiful view and they rang us the day before to ensure that we do not have a car because they had no car parking available. They had 18 parks for 38 apartments. This was a luxury two bedroom apartment which one would presume has parking and when I look back at the reservation, the limited parking was on about the 12th.point down the list and almost impossible to find. When we arrived the location was terrible, that we could only park some distance away in a half hour car park and the apartment we were offered was of poor quality. We simply walked away, and probably forfeited our money and went elsewhere.

I am coming to the end of a 4 week booking at Sky 1.
2 weeks in an apartment on floor 11 and 2 weeks I an apartment on floor 5.
Both were good. Perfectly adequate for my stay. Any minor issues such as lack of cups in one apartment and lack of a chefs knife in the other were dealt with. The location is very good for public transport. I would like to thank the reception team especially Queeni and Martin for their help and friendliness throughout my stay. If you have any issues they will do their best to sort it..like extra washing powder or dishwasher powder. If I am working in Melbourne again I would stay here.

There's no parking available. No trolleys to take your luggage to your room. No assistance whatsoever. |We had to park in a 25-minute zone to find where the front door was once we got into the building. The receptionist was very unhelpful. We asked to see the room which was certainly not worth the price that they asked. The receptionist took us up and showed us the room which was on the 21st floor. When we got back into the lift she said I will have to go and see the manager left us in the lurch on floor 6. |My advice is do not book these apartments.

Absolutely recommend to book elsewhere happy to deduct credit card and keep money from dsp pensioner after checking out because they can and you cannot do anything about getting your money back. SCAM alert Clix who l booked through also did nothing either everything falls on deaf ears until you give up😭😭😭😭😭😭

This is my second stay at Sky One, the location is excellent as it is near many restaurants and very close to station. This time round, the apartment is a bit less maintenance than the last one I stayed. The washing machine wasn’t working, the lamp wasn’t working but overall still a great choice to stay!

Finding the entry to the hotel/apartment was confusing and no obvious signs indicating entry, the apartment was tidy but there was stains on the doona which didn’t have a cover but was wrapped in a sheet, something I haven’t seen before.

I am writing to express my frustration with the service we have received from Skyone Hotel. We were told that someone would be available to take our call, but despite calling over 10 times, no one has answered. This level of unresponsiveness is incredibly disappointing, especially after being assured of assistance.

I expected far better communication from your establishment, and this experience has left me questioning the professionalism of your service. I would appreciate a prompt response to this message to address the situation and rectify the poor experience we have had so far.
