What an amazing place to spend some time. Rachel was above and beyond in sympathy, patience and guiding us through the farm. Lovely with our kids while they asked about the goats and the alpaca and the chicken and the veggies and the fruits… Truly a 5 star experience and a 5 star accommodation with beautiful hot bread, jam and butter at arrival, without forgetting chocolate eggs for Easter. Can’t wait to go back again! Recommend 100%.

David and Rachel are the best hosts we could ask for. They were so generous to us and gave some of the harvest from their farm . We had a lot of fun milking the goats and playing with them. You can also put bonfire in the yard and have a cozy time. It was a lovely stay.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at David and Rachel’s urban farming Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our hosts, whose energy, passion, and enthusiasm for what they do truly set the tone for our visit. They were not only incredibly informative but also selfless in sharing their knowledge and experiences, making our stay both enriching and unforgettable.

The charming cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. It was impeccably maintained, and the detailed house manual was a thoughtful touch—organized, neat, and packed with all the information we needed to feel right at home.

Our daughter Vera had the time of her life exploring the farm and interacting with the animals. She absolutely adored the two 2-week-old baby goats and spent hours playing with Stella, the gentle Great Dane. Meeting Harry the alpaca, Monday, Satin, Hootie (the goats), the ducks, and a variety of unique chickens was a magical experience for her and for us.

One of the highlights of our stay was milking the goats and trying some of the native Aboriginal edibles—it was such a fun, hands-on experience that we’ll remember forever.

David and Rachel have created a truly special space, combining a warm, inviting atmosphere with a deep connection to nature and sustainable living. We’re so grateful for their hospitality and can’t wait to visit again. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Dave and Rachel's hospitality and generosity as hosts were really second to none. Cottage was spotlessly clean, and so thoughtfully and lovingly designed that it had everything that you could need.. coffee was a proper barista's machine, they had a new mini functional cooker, bathroom amenities were Sukin brand, board games were new.. the list goes on.

Goats have never been my favourite animals but the baby goats they have really melted my heart. Also love all the other animals there that we saw and fed, that we so happily spent hours with.

Clear View Cottage is a living example of a true sustainable ecosystem because of this amazing hardworking couple.

Our mid-week getaway with our young daughter to the Blue Mountains was made properly memorable with a visit to Clear View Farm. The hospitality offered by Dave and Rachel was truly second to none. Learning about how their Farm has progressed and how their family of animals has come together was great fun. We look forward to witnessing the Farm grow and the next time we can drop in for a visit. What a beautiful little place!

Totally fell in love with this gem. Just watching my kids eyes light up when they got to pay the baby goats made the stress of city life fade away.

The host met us at the entrance to the property and I can certainly say that David and Rachael are lovely and caring and the most helpful hosts I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

The property is just a great for a getaway for our family and only a stone's throw from Sydney.

I can't recommend this highly enough especially if you have young kids!

I will definitely be returning to this little oasis.
