I love coming here.
On my last visit Iesha made my day!!
She took the time to listen to my history with my skin and genuinely showed care and wanted to help. After my treatment, She helped me with deciding which products to use daily and they have helped so much! She really looked after me.

The team here are so lovely and take the time to listen and work with you and slowly introduce treatments and products at your pace and based on your skins response and progress.. I was always so scared to try new treatments and products but the girls have always listened and worked with how my skin responded and especially with how comfortable I felt. And The products are affordable and they have really helped!

Best experience , Iesha made me feel so comfortable and was so welcoming. I have been to other laser places in the past and never got a great experience or saw great results and after just one treatment I felt a massive difference my skin felt hairless for the months ! Highly recommend

I’ve been visiting Clear Skin Clinic for the past 2 years for my acne treatment, and my skin has never been better. I no longer need to use makeup to hide acne or scars. Every visit is a pleasure—Fai and Raina are professional, empathetic, and never push products just for the sake of selling. The entire team at Bass Hill is fantastic, and I highly recommend them!

I come and see Gina here and she is amazing and provides such good service and makes me feel so at ease. She almost makes you feel part of the family and always tries to be flexible and accommodating as well. She is great for skin care and laser - defs recommend.

My daughters had a very troubling and traumatic experience with Jasmina on both occasions she refused to laser them due to sun exposure on their body which makes no sense since they are both fully covered hijab wearing young women who are very time poor with studies and work. How do you send a women who is covered from head to toe and accuse her of being sunburnt and being so rude and unprofessional to them. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone or let my daughters get treated by her ever again. She shouldn’t be in a caring profession when she clearly doesn’t care about her clients. My daughters also felt very uncomfortable with her, I have been a client with the Bass Hill place since they have opened and have spent over thousands of dollars on myself and children so I know the staff really well and I was very disappointed when I had my daughter calling me in tears when she couldn’t get treated.
