What an amazing experience it was to work with Claire to plan and coordinate my wedding! We were lucky to have Claire for our day and the pre-wedding madness and I can say with complete confidence it wouldn't have been the most perfect day without her. Claire backed all of my decisions and stood up for me with hard vendors and made sure I had what I wanted and paid for on the day. Claire is incredible!

I don't live in Cairns so planning our wedding could have been so hard. Nothing was hard with Claire involved, she was amazing with communication and her assistance with recommendations of vendors were spot on for the type of wedding we wanted!
Her additional furniture business was super helpful and all of it was absolutely beautiful!

Because of Claire I was able to just enjoy my wedding without having to worry about managing the day! The day was everything we wanted and went off without a hitch! We could not be more thankful!

She is so friendly, helpful and onto everything! She was an absolute joy to work with!

We cannot recommend Claire enough!! If you are looking for a wedding planner or designer, look no further. Claire was absolutely incredible. The level of detail, attention and design for our special day was outstanding. Claire provided all our florals, furniture and decorations - I couldn’t fault anything. Every decision Claire made was thought out to the most minute detail.

Where do we even begin. Claire was everything we didn’t know we needed! We enlisted Claire around 5 months out from our wedding and this was the BEST decision we could have made. Claire was extremely detailed and attentive with her approach, always listened to our wants and needs, worked with us on every single detail to ensure it was exactly what we wanted and took the initiative to organise things we hadn’t even thought about.

We hired Claire as our on the day coordinator but the work she did was so much more than just this. Claire communicated with all of our vendors, keeping everyone in the loop. She even watered and served our guests at our reception, keeping drinks topped up so our guests didn’t need to visit the bar. Our guests spoke really highly of Claire, which is a clear sign she is amazing at what she does!

We can not recommend Claire enough! She will make your wedding planning and special day better than you can imagine.
If you’re wondering whether to pay for this service, let this be your sign. DO IT!

If you are having a wedding in Cairns you need Claire on your wedding team! Claire is absolutely amazing at what she does. She knows every single wedding vendor in Cairns personally and will make everything and anything happen. Claire helped me pull other vendors into line when they changed plans last minute. Claire is the sidekick you need when planning your wedding. She will make your day absolutely incredible and make you feel at ease and stress free throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate the beautiful outcome of our wedding, but there were a few aspects of the experience that could have been better. While I had hoped to give 5 stars, there were moments when I didn’t feel fully heard or supported in expressing my thoughts and concerns. At times, we had to wait several days, sometimes even weeks, for confirmations or to receive the correct photos and measurements we had requested.

Additionally, the confusion caused by forgetting the wishing box created some unnecessary stress for our guests, though I do appreciate that it was eventually delivered.

While the final result was beautiful, I believe the overall experience could have been greatly enhanced with more attention to detail and quicker communication. I offer this feedback with the hope that it helps improve your service for future weddings. Wishing you all the best moving forward.
