Best to avoid this place if possible. You can probably find something better around the same price range.
Service is horrendous. Free wifi is mentioned as a facility on sites but when you tell them that you can't access it because the signal is too poor, the response is well it was free so..... Mate, if you can't provide the facility, maybe don't mention it as a facility.
Rented my room for 9 days, asked if they have any cleaning services to have the sheets changed, response was it is expected for me to wash the sheets and put them back on myself. Like how long do I have to stay here to get any cleaning services at all?
And an added bonus, the shower area is just half a sheet of glass so when you shower water goes everywhere in the bathroom.
Mentioning any of this to the person over the phone "that's why we are able to offer rooms at such low prices" mate you aren't offering as low as you think.
My recommendation, just try to find other accommodations even if it means paying a bit extra.

Convenient and adequate but don’t expect any wifi or mobile connection. |There’s a router and wifi modem in the room but for some reason they don’t work. Citistyle just said that poor wifi was normal and couldn’t/wouldn’t fix. |Won’t be coming back.

Not a "4-star hotel". Not 4 stars or even a hotel. This is somebody's apartment residence that was not professionally cleaned or prepared for paying guests to stay. Crumbs in bed and sofa. Dusty carpet. Food and hair on bed that was not even made properly. Rooms don't look like what was advertised. Check in was difficult. No one answered call or responded to our email when we got problems.

Well situated, close to Shopping mall, eateries and lake. Very quiet and spacious room. Had to pick up key after hours- easy instructions and pin access. Our unit came with two parking spaces and secure parking. Separate bathroom and toilet.
