My adult Son and I attended the 9pm fireworks at the foreshore on New year's Eve. we were very impressed with the behaviour of the crowd and the presents of security, also the toilets were very clean and smelled fresh. Well done to all that were involved in this event. We live in Swan view but decided to visit Mandurah as my daughter lives there.

Called in to the after hours line regarding a roaming dog that keeps coming to my property and the lady on the other end really needs to undergo some kind of customer service training as she was short and rude and sounded exasperated. Every time I would try to supply information she would cut me off and ask for my personal details in a bored tone as if I was breaking her script when if she’d allow me to speak for 5 seconds I likely would have told her all she needed to know. Learn some customer service and manners please.

Disgusted with public toilets near tourist centre. Hundreds of people, international visitors etc visiting Christmas Lights Trail in this supposedly beautiful City and nearly vomiting when leaving toilets. I feel so ashamed. I’ve just visited Bali, Vietnam and Cambodia, Mandurah wins hands down for disgraceful and revoltingly disgusting public toilets. Last time in town visited toilets next to Citizen Advice and they too were the pits, dirty and disgusting.

Such a progressive council should see the use of Glyphosphate, a KNOWN carcinogen as a big negative. You may be a water wise council but polluted water is useless to everyone!

Had a great day here today from Queensland. Brilliant Jetty fish and chips , brilliant krazy tees and excellent gelato at the candy shop. Shame you have all your staff standing around watching Xmas lights being innstalled, yet ice addicts sleep outside the beach amenities and no one cleans the bathrooms. We live in Moreton Shire in Qld and all toilets and bbqs are cleaned by 8am at ratepayers expense and now I see why. Support your local businesses

I have contacted the council twice in the last week, to ask for assistance in relation to building permits. Given that many staff are involved in responding to the Covid-19 crisis, I was pleasantly surprised to receive such outstanding service. From the ladies answering my calls and connecting me to the relevant area, to the extremely helpful and knowledgeable Building Officer, Steve, who answered all my questions, I would just like to say thank you for your exceptional service.
