The sauna was great, lovely wait room & amenities. Float wasn’t our cup of tea but also very limited instruction from staff about what to expect. Used the neck float device but water still got in my ears & still in pain from that. After we left, I saw ear plugs at the front counter but no one had mentioned that so didn’t grab any. A nice experience but ensure you ask questions & use earplugs for the float baths.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time in the float tank yesterday and today I feel absolutely brand new!! I’ve no stiffness in my lower back or neck and no tension whatsoever. I feel completely relaxed and will definitely be back. Would totally recommend it to any of my friends. Maya had great tips on how best to make the most of my experience.

I had the most beautiful experience. The staff were warm and welcoming, and respectful of privacy which was nice.
I suffer with chronic illnesses, and this helped reduced the aches and pains I experience on a daily basis. I will be coming regularly.

Highly recommend the float therapy for pain relief - by far the greatest modality for lower back niggles/inflammation. The service has always been 5star, I love the energy it feels clean & fresh. Thanks for offering such a great service, I’m a once a month regular! xx

The floats are amazing and so relaxing. City Caves booking system and account information needs some serious work after pre paying the Black Friday sales, accessing was not a simple task now our online account has nothing despite having one more. The staff confirmed we do have another pending.

A more relaxing morning I couldn’t ask for. The sauna, floatation pool, then 45 minutes of massage bliss. Thankyou Christina. I recommend everyone should try this once. It was awesome.
