Booked in July for a November sitting and it was worth the wait. The food was delicious, cocktails were well made, and the service was very attentive. The venue is a simulated work environment for the hospitality and culinary students, who are doing amazing work, but it is just a Canberra Institute of Technology building, so it's a pretty uninspiring space atmosphere wise.

Three course meal for $35 and cocktails for $10, it really is excellent value. For the big eaters, you may leave hungry because it is quality over quantity- which isn't a problem, just a consideration which won't be an issue for most. Definitely a restaurant locals have to try at least once.

Excellent, top-quality food that you'd expect from an expensive restaurant, but at rock bottom prices. All the staff, whether they're waiting staff, bar staff, cooking staff, or cleaning staff, are students in training, and all of them did an excellent job. It should be noted that we went during term 4, so no doubt they'd have had quite a bit of experience by then, but the menu changes each term.

Delicious food, beautifully presented. Extremely good value for money - $35 for 3 courses - as it's staffed by CIT Hospitality students.

Some of the staff were a bit nervous attending the table but all were attentive, polite and overall did a great job.

Average restaurant.

Pros:
1. Selected menu so easy to select
2. Cheaper compare to other restaurants
3. Service is good

Cons:
1. At 12.30 some items were run out.
2. Taste was not greatest. Ok to eat one time.
3. Taking order is so slow

Great experience to see students applying their hospitality skills in a real world setting. The food was delicious, especially the starters and the wine choice was appropriate. I recommend everyone book here at least once. You even get to meet the chef's who cook your food!

Beautiful food that was very well prepared. The only negative was the food came out too quickly.

The wait staff was were well-presented and were interested in your views about food and your favourite dishes. The sweet words one of the absolute highlights of the menu.

This is a great training venue with beautiful food. I'm looking forward to coming back at another time to enjoy the magnificent food.

Great dining experience in a well maintained and non pretentious environment, great food comes with great customer service. Loved every dish from entree to desert, cured salmon, grilled snapper and brulee. Feels good that we are helping students to apply their skills in real life experience.

Absolutely delicious came here for lunch $30 for a 3 course meal staff have outstanding customer service skills would definitely reccomend!
