Really nice. Clean, staff very nice and smile too. Clean neat rooms. Airport shuttle was excellent and quite quick. Easy access to highway via car too. Didn't feel like you where staying in a dark box. No room noise or car noise either. Not modern but, very nice.

the best customer service I’ve experienced.
Both of the receptionist are very lovely and even seen them deal with a difficult customer very well! 10/10 service amazing job guys!
The room was lovely free shuttle that runs ALL night! Amazing prices even the food is cheap.
100% recommend these guys will be booking here for all future trips.

I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was very clean and spacious enough. Reception staff very pleasant. Incredibly close to the airport but extremely quiet. Unfortunately the room next door decided to party late which isn't ideal when you have an early flight. Apart from the noise from them, everything else was great.

Always reliable. Shuttle service excellent. A couple of minutes to airport back way so no traffic worries. Food at bistro good and very reasonable prices. We are regulars there and safe to leave your cars too.

Coming from Adelaide we stayed here overnight ready for our complimentary shuttle back at 5:30am to the airport to catch our early morning international flight. The pick up on arrival was fast and efficient after making the call to say we had arrived in Melbourne. The driver was excellent and helped us with the loading and unloading of the baggage. |The room was very comfortable, clean and surprising well sized for a motel. Plenty of room for all your luggage and still room to easily move about. Tea & coffee making facilities and a microwave if needed. It even had a nice ground floor balcony where you could sit with your coffee or fag. |All the staff we dealt with from Reception to the Bistro were really friendly and helpful. |For dinner we ordered a share plate of Chicken Wings ($15) and a small pepperoni pizza ($18) along with a glass of shiraz each. We highly recommend the wings. There were 5 large juicy wings presented on a plate of crisp fresh salad & tasty dressing. Surprisingly delicious.|The pizza was surprising bad. It was described as a 'thin pizza base' on the menu however, the base was hard and thick and looked as if it came straight out of a frozen pizza base packet from the supermarket. We could only scape off the topping and eat that as we could hardly cut the base, let alone digest it.|Putting that aside, we would definetly stay here again without hesitation. |

Don't book this place. We stayed for just one night before we flew out and we can tell they only really cater to people that aren't there for a long time.||Reception staff were awful. The man I spoke to had very poor English and I had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times. The lift is at the far end of the property and is a long walk to get there, up the lift then turn back on yourself to get to the room we were in.||The room itself was OK. Bed was comfy, bathroom was spotlessly clean. We had to tune the TV ourselves as it didn't have any channels on it. ||I called the restaurant to order room service. The staff member was so rude. "is that all you want?" when I ordered two plates of food and two drinks. I asked how long it would take (as we wanted to shower) and he just hung up on me. The food arrived very quickly but was very average quality and quantity. The pizza was the size you would feed a child, and the loaded wedges had very minimal cheese or bacon. ||The next morning, we were woken by the sound of multiple barking dogs at 7am. I don't know where they were or how far away, but the barking went on and on. It was still going when we left the room around 9am. The curtains are terrible and don't close properly around the windows. When lying in bed, I had the street lamp shining right into my eyes because of how they had hung the curtains. Terrible. ||When we checked out, the Asian woman on reception was so rude. She explained we had a room service bill, which we were aware of. I asked if they could charge the card that the room was on (as my purse was packed in the bottom of my bag). She picked up the eftpos machine and said I owed them X amount, and put it into the machine and handed it to me. I repeated myself and asked if they could charge the card that the room was booked with. She looked at me like I'd said something very offensive and said "No, you pay for it now". I said "Oh ok, I gave you my card details last night when we checked in. i thought you just charge it to the same card". I then had to wrestle in my bag to find my purse, which she just stood holding the eftpos machine glaring at me. ||The shuttle was very efficient, got us to the airport on time and the driver was helpful with bags. ||Overall, we would not stay here again unless we were desperate.

It was the first time l.had even stayed there. The staff & service was fantastic, the food was amazing, you could even order in the bistro food or drinks and take them back to your room. They also had room service. You can get a shuttle bus to the airport & pick you back up when you return. You can also leave your car there while you go on your holiday. They make life so easy. The pool was heated, which was great for me. The place had a relaxing vibe about it. I absolutely loved this place. I will be back, that's for sure.

Room had ants in it, bath was dirty, mould on the roof in the bathroom. Waiting over 45 mins for the airport shuttle bus to come pick me up from the airport then the driver to not even help me with a small baby put things into the van. He was also a very rough driver going so fast around corners
