No very good. No time management skills. They have now removed their phone contact numbers and ignore emails!
After paying 240$ for a premium service it's not premium. Still waiting after 3 weeks of a simple tourist visas.

I used their services for China's visitor visa. It was kind of smooth process and staff is helpful. Got my visa in a week's time after sending my passport.
The initial application process is tedious and if you have any question doing that, you don't get to talk to their customer service easily. I had to wait 40-50 every time i called them for a little question. Emails were not replied.

Very bad experience, if you looking to use this agent to get visa avoid if you can!
Waisted 2 weeks waiting to get visa to morocco, back and forth with them and they still dont know whats permanent residency required by the maroc consulate, no communication what so ever to explain to you the requirements.
now i have to do it myself no thanks to ur effort.
refunded in full through!

Sharing my recent experience with CIBTvisas for a tourist visa to Spain. I only had 1.5 months to get my visa before my university tour to Barcelona. This required me to be vigilant and get all the documents ready from my end as fast as possible and CITB handled the rest efficiently. I was able to get my visa granted in 22 days (Timeline: all documents given Sept 17, Consulate confirmed biometrics Sept 30, Visa granted Oct 9). Absolute scam.....do not use this website. Scammed out of $500 for 3 visas which should cost $150. They also debit your bank account and then keep stalling on your application and say they need more information or the information is not acceptable. They want your last 3 bank statements.....WTF for? They don't answer calls or emails! Beware. I want a refund.

Delayed visa submission due to their own requirements not the requirements of the country. Unnecessary double handling for most people. Not very responsive and became condescending when I pointed them to the actual requirements.

Worst website to deal with... I've just be scammed $881 for a family of 4 visas travelling to Bali, when they should have costed around $200 ...
Be warned guys, these guys steer you down a pathway to some sort of visa which is even you don't understand what your getting into.
I'm really hoping there customer service reverses these charges, because I'll be taking these further if they don't!
