It's a heck-of-a-lot of Rest Area here as the dimensions would announce. A side road leads to the parking are, requiring a rather savage turn off the main road, and likewise a quick getaway. SIGNAL EARLY. Tons of space to run around, picnic tables, play area, toilets of an earthy style (hole in the ground). Snakes around, no drinking water available. Bring everything including paper for the loo. This is the way, in the Australian bush, so don't complain.

Good rest stop, set back from the highway. Plenty of trees for cover and seclusion.
There are a few picnic tables and there are toilet facilities here. The toilets are the non flush type. It is wise to keep a keen eye on the little ones if you let them out of the car. The occasional snake has been know to grace the rest stop with its presence.

Great place for a sleep before hitting the road again.

Was a while ago when i stopped there for a toilet break and my god the smell actually traumatised us. Got straight back in the car and went to the BP at Marulan instead.

An unusual "pit stop". Wow... an almost real out house dunny complete with a pit below of...
That will teach me not to drink too much water.
When ya gotta go, these road side dunnies are a bonus. Great idea of cool hand washing water.
Shame someone broke the privacy lock though.
