Fantastic organisation from Deanne and her team in the lead up to and during the night of our presentation evening. Nothing was too difficult or too much trouble for the team and we really appreciate the flexibility in the schedule for the night.

The food may not be top-of-the-line gourmet, but it is great party food and there was plenty of it!

The drinks have all the basics covered - would love more range in beers, but understand the limitations there.

The space itself is fantastic, a wonderful view across the oval and can be adjusted according to size of function.

Thanks to Deanne and her team for helping to facilitate a wonderful event.

Great from start to finish. The support in working through the many options for our sons 21st birthday was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Leading up to the event, the communication was perfect. On the night, the atmosphere was great, the technology worked seamlessly, the food was delicious and the staff were friendly and responsive - again, nothing was too much trouble. Most importantly, the birthday boy and guests had a ball. Thanks to Deanne and the entire team.

Couldn’t recommend this venue enough! The communication leading up to the event was perfect. Genevieve was so lovely and easy to deal with! Definitely made the whole party planning experience much easier. The girls who worked on the night were also so friendly and accommodating! If I ever host another event I’ll definitely be back. We planned a wake for my father. genevie was so good to talk too, she gave me the right advice and always communicated with me and that made me very comfortable and confident our day would go well. The room was so spacious with a beautiful view, the friendliness and service from the staff was awesome, plenty of food, and all the guests were so happy it was excellent. I Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone to have a party there. My experience 10 out of 10. Well done all involved.

This venue was brilliant for our end of year festive celebration - clean, modern and the bar & catering staff on the night were all fantastic. We had a great night with dancing and a live band, and all the AV equipment worked perfectly. The canapes, main course and desserts were all beautiful, and great value. Thanks Deanne and the whole team.

Dear Deanne and staff at Chirnsides. We held the Westbourne Grammarians coterie function on Friday. It’s a great room and very adaptable for different guest numbers. Audio visual is outstanding with 4 large screens. Bar staff were extremely pleasant and proactive. Food was great. Deanne your assistance in the planning was greatly appreciated. We look forward to seeing you again

Deanne and her team are fantastic! They set up everything you need and want for your party and don't pressure you in any way. I booked a half room which opened up to the verandah which gave my guests a really nice view and nice natural lighting coming in. Food was amazing, everything was set up and packed up for me so didn't have to worry. Stress free day for me! 🙂 thank you heaps!!
