This was a most awesome experience. The itinerary was great, there was so much to see and do.
Both the tour guide and driver were with us all the way. The tour guide was very kind, considerate and caring and the driver drove wonderfully - I would love to sit in a BMW or a Porsche with him driving it - zoooo....mmmm !!!

Had a great time on the Philip Island Chillax Tour! Even though the weather was horrendous, our tour guides went above and beyond to make the whole experience memorable through booking us on to extra indoor activities that weren't on the original itinerary, providing umbrellas and snacks, and dropping us closer to our hostel so we didn't have to walk back in the rain! The guides also made for a really relaxed atmosphere making it easy to bond with the rest of our group. Highlight of the trip was definitely seeing the Little Penguins but if the weather looks like it may be cold then bring loads of layers because it does get freezing!! Overall, I would highly highly recommend especially because the price is so much better than many other Philip Island tours.

This is a great tour agency. Each group is no more than 10 and hence we get a smaller bus and can interact with the guide more. The guides are very friendly and really know a lot about the places we visit.
Well-planned itinerary. We were kept occupied throughout the tour with attractions, decent meals, as well as songs and facts, rattled off by the guides. The small group also allows guides to get to know you and also allows you to not be so overwhelmed by large groups of people crowding around one area. Highly recommended, if you go for tours, please sign up to Chiallax Tours, you will love it.

I did the Phillip Island day tour. I am about to book my second trip! Such a great way to see Victoria. The small groups make all the difference and I've met some really cool and interesting like-minded people on the trips. The little extras like coffee, snacks, fizzy drinks, and water and awesome tour company with friendly guides.

We took a day tour to Great Ocean Road and it was a great tour altogether. A huge thanks to our tour guide sweet Ahmet for keeping us entertained and providing us all the information about the tour, history of places along, and all the fun facts. A great day spent in Victoria.

Great tour with a great price. Went on the Great Ocean Road / 12 Apostles tour which was very enjoyable. It was a smaller group of about 15 people on the bus. I will definitely be going on more tours with Chillax in the future!

I took the tour for Phillip Island with Chillax. Great experience overall.
The Penguin Parade was something special that we've never expected could be this informative/fun. Both the guides - Ahmet and Fulvio- had been very professional and a pleasure to be with.
Highly recommended! 😍✨

I booked this for my friend and I to go see the penguins on phillip Island. The weather was horrendous but our guides were fabulous taking us to the koala reserve and then to see the nobbies, and finally the penguins. They provided little snack bags for us and umbrella's, even dropping us back at our hostel at the very end. We really recommend this tour and if we hadn't seen other places already, we would be going on their other tours too!
