On entry a sign give directives, staff follow with more directives.

To all drivers
This site it has rude stuff , forklift and office staff I don’t know why but the way they talk with overseas workers it’s not respectful way first time i thought maybe they are busy but after 8 months of driving to this site I found out they mean to be rude
The management should teach them how to respect their customers

Staff need attitude checks, near the worst customer service I've seen in a LONG time! Forget these guys, drive around the corner to Abbey Pallets in Redfern Street, Wetherill Park, those guys have great attitudes and are happy to help out.

Staff is very rude & arrogant at this place . Everytime we go there the mood get spoiled by them . No service ethics at all . They should change there behavior .
