Great stay! Walking distance to restaurants, club, pubs, shops, parks, & heated public pool. Clean, comfortable rooms that are set back from highway, so once door & window closed theres very, very little road noise. Josh & Jess are awesome & incredibly helpful.

The smell of the room was really bad.|No security lock on the door.|TV & Wi-Fi did not work at first.|Overall room was dirty and smelly.|The bed while not comfortable was clean and crisp.|They charged us for a family room of which it was.|The price for the room was $350 I think. I asked for pension or ex military discount and they reduced the price to $280 for the night for two people.||The place is run down and at such exuberant prices I do believe they need to clean it up.|Broken toilet roll holder, loose toilet seat. When the vanity cabinet got opened a cockroach ran down the hole next to the sink pipe. Boogers on the main bed head.|Just check the pictures attached.||I am sorry to the owners for such a bad review. But I do have to be honest.|Would I stay here again. That would be NO.

I've stayed at this motel twice in 3 years. First experience was great! However most recent experience not so great. The room had a bad smell and the 3 nights I was there, there were cockroaches in the bathroom as well as climbing up the walls and the walls behind the bed head. First morning I went and thought I'd make myself a coffee but to my surprise as soon as I opened the drawer to the cups there were cockroaches in there, alive ones too. Customer service is great otherwise. Place to stay? Wouldn't recommend.

The motel is looking its age - old - on the outside and car park and even the sign. My room (at least) has been renovated though with only tiles on the floor - I would not want to stay there if it was cold.||Despite Covid restrictions all being lifted as far as I know, there was still no room service during my 3 days there. The password for the much advertised free wi-fi was wrong in the compendium. There was no Breakfast heading in the compendium, so no point in looking for it: I had to read it all to find that my menu could be filled out at reception but it was closed before 5pm even though it was meant to be open until 9:30pm - so I had no go out for breakfast.||I was charged by Bookings.com A$365.33 per night, the motel got A$280 for a room that was worth maybe A$140pn if everything worked. I booked almost 3 months in advance and a colleague who booked through Bookings.com. about 3 weeks in advance was charged A$160pn.||All in all, I would not stay there again.

I cannot speak highly enough about this place!! I stay every time I'm here in Coffs. And without fault Jess a Josh are amazing! Immaculate rooms, convenient location everything you need at your door step.

Nothing to fault, yes there's homeless and less fortunate that are staying here and is visual on arrival when they enter and exit there rooms, I mean it's not the Meriton but noise was very minimum and late into night was quiet they seem to respect the neighbours and staff and cleaner are so freindly and helpful. Rooms spotless and comfortable. Great hot water/shower and gave me a good price for the night. To top it off the cleaner gave me eggs bread and butter to save me a trip to Woolies so eggs on toast for breakfast it was after a sound and comfortable sleep before our Rd trip. Thankyou guys
