It wasn't very busy for lunch.
The staff were helpful.
The meals were a decent size and not too expensive.
I had the mixed grill which I enjoyed. I didn't like the chicken wings much, but the rest was very good.
I would be happy to go again.

Rump steak was only okay. Ordered to be cooked medium, but it was very chewy. Accompanying chips & salad were nice.

Good sized playground for the kids to run around but be careful with where you sit - it gets very hot if you're caught sitting directly in the sun under the dome. I would recommend sitting in the more shaded areas if you can help it.

So I booked my birthday lunch with my whole family including many children and my brother in law used the bathroom toilets and gosh when I was shocked to the core of the smell of bleach that was on his clothes after using the toliet there was wet everywhere in the men’s bathroom there was 15 of us plus children checked the boys but they where all in contact with this hazard of bleech in the bathroom and it was stong of smell! I will never go here agian the safety of the kids and chemicals was terrible and I will be putting a complaint and this review please be careful as a parent chemicals of children young of age is verry serious and dangerous! Also half of the toilets where missing lids and seats will not be going back! I spoke to staff and managers and they pushed it to the side no care for family and children. And the hazard of a serious incident like this on a family birthday lunch. Photos below

We recently celebrated our baby’s first birthday at Chelsea Heights Hotel, and it was absolutely perfect! From the start, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making the planning process so smooth. The function space was beautifully set up, with plenty of room for guests and a designated area for the little ones to play.

The food was excellent – fresh, delicious, and loved by kids and adults alike. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly on the day, regularly checking in and being so friendly and attentive.

The atmosphere was warm and family-friendly, which made it the perfect venue for a special occasion like this. So many guests commented on how great the space and service were. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Chelsea Heights Hotel for any celebration!

Aside from a faulty QR code scanner, my colleague and I had an experience that exceeded our expectations. The warm hospitality of the staff absolutely made our evening and we'll likely be visiting again.

Large scale pub restaurant. Good selection of food quick service. Great for large or small groups.
Tonight the team made my night.
We arrived just before closing and the team made us the most delicious and plentiful meals. Erin the manager was also very accommodating.

I don’t think I could have experienced better customer service today at Chelsea Heights Hotel. Stristi went above and beyond when it came to finding a meal option for me with my allergies. Checking labels and checking in with the Chef as well. Nothing seemed like too much and always with a smile on her face. Thank you for making our experience so wonderful and the meal was lovely as well.
